Although I wouldn't profess to be a IT professional I certainly can create websites that are suitable for personal or small business use. Naturally, feel free to contact me if you would like me to create a web site for you. I don't charge alot and I certainly won't overload you with jargon or geeky things things you don't care about.
I like to use xhtml and css to design sites that are accessible, fast-loading, clean and professional. So if you want messy web pages with tacky moving bits that alienate half your visitors, you may want to look elsewhere!
